As you remember, on 26th March 2026, the START Project ran its final Training Workshop "Thermoelectric Tetrahedrites from Secondary Raw Materials and Other Sustainable TE Materials" at the Hotel Ikonik in Lisbon. The event brought together researchers, industry experts and practitioners to explore the future of sustainable thermoelectrics, with a strong focus on the START approach: converting mine waste, particularly tetrahedrites, into efficient thermoelectric devices for waste heat recovery, while reinforcing the EU’s resource resilience.
